Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of moral and emotional intelligence on the job performance of elementary school teachers in district 2 of Zanjan province. The research method of the research is part of applied research in terms of objective and descriptive-correlational research in terms of data collection. In this research, library and field methods are used simultaneously to collect data and information. In the library section, the theoretical bases of the research are collected from Persian and Latin specialized books and magazines. The statistical population under study includes all primary school teachers of the two districts of Zanjan province in the second semester of the academic year 1402-1403 equal to 652 people. The size of the statistical sample based on Morgan's table is 242 people. The sampling method of the present study is random. Research data have been collected through standard tools. The results of the research showed a significant relationship between moral intelligence and job performance (R=0.374) and between emotional intelligence and job performance (R=0.637) of elementary school teachers in district 2 of Zanjan province at a confidence level of 0.95 and an error level of 0.5.
