Abstract
Communication skills play a vital role in social entrepreneurship and have a significant impact on the success of this type of entrepreneurship. The primary goal in social entrepreneurship is to create positive changes in society, which requires effective communication with various stakeholders, such as communities, government institutions, non-governmental organizations, and investors. Communication skills such as active listening, clear and effective expression, empathy, and building trust are fundamental to achieving social objectives. Social entrepreneurs must be able to convey their messages clearly and understandably to different groups, and they must also be capable of establishing sustainable relationships and fostering mutual collaborations. Furthermore, managing communication crises and resolving conflicts are also crucial aspects of this process. As a result, strengthening communication skills not only helps create alignment among stakeholders but can also lay the foundation for attracting the financial and human resources needed for social projects. This article analyzes the importance of communication skills in the process of social entrepreneurship and examines their impact on the growth and sustainability of this type of entrepreneurship.
