Abstract
Methodology: The present study was a semi-experimental design with pre-test-post-test and selection of intentional persons to participate in the questionnaire. The statistical population of the present research consists of the students of the twelfth grade of literature in the city of Gatund in the high schools of Shukofa, Satyesh and Niyesh (15 people in each school: the reason for choosing these people was that they were willing to answer the questions that were displayed in Digiform) in the academic year, 1404-1403. According to the field data collection, a questionnaire (book) was used. Findings: The percentage of people suffering from severe anxiety is 30, 33 and 35 percent in Satyesh, Shukofa and Niyesh high schools respectively. The percentage of people suffering from moderate anxiety is 20, 33 and 23 percent in Satyesh, Shukofa and Niayesh high schools, respectively. The percentage of people suffering from mild anxiety is 10, 13 and 35% respectively in Satish, Shukofa and Niayesh high schools. The percentage of people who don't have anxiety at all is 40, 20 and 5% respectively in Satyesh, Shokofa and Niyesh high schools. Results: In three high schools, in the pre-test, 7% of the students were nervous, and 32% of the students were severely nervous.
