Abstract
The purpose of this article is to examine the conditions and contexts of the formation of the labor market in the new ecosystem and its relationship with curriculum planning in accordance with the approach of the Fundamental Transformation Document to reach a revolutionary level school. The failure of graduates to find suitable jobs is one of the issues that has always been the subject of serious criticism by officials and experts in recent decades. Given the increasing changes in the labor market, curricula must be coordinated with these developments and even the existing ecosystem in it and respond to new issues and labor market needs. In this article, with regard to the Fundamental Transformation Document of Education, psychological studies in curriculum planning that include criteria related to social status, learners' needs, curriculum subject and content organization, as well as the most important principles of the curriculum planning system that include principles related to curriculum design, development and implementation, have been addressed. Sociological studies in this field have examined the basics of job selection with respect to the trainee's ecosystem, focusing on the subsystem of providing space, equipment, and technology, as well as the subsystem of training basic competencies and skills, and the subsystem of job creation and entrepreneurship. This research has been conducted using an analytical-descriptive method with field research and library data.
