Abstract
Research: Library and field method was used. In the field method, reports, interviews, observations and questionnaires were used. In the process, library causes and factors that lead to organizational activity were identified and 20 factors were selected as effective factors on marriage. Finally, the questionnaire was prepared in digital form and the link was sent to the teachers. 7 teachers (out of 8 people) answered these questions. Therefore, 7 primary school teachers of Amari University were Martyr Ayat. Their scores were compared in SPSS software and checked with Pearson's correlation coefficient. Findings: The reports, observations and interviews indicated that the teachers were dissatisfied with the performance of the management in the past (the past few years) and sometimes simple problems such as a few minutes of lateness, absenteeism due to illness, etc. Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that there is a correlation between marriage and work life. Results: A modern model for effective factors on marriage and vitality in school was invented. Marriage and enthusiasm in the madrassa created motivation among the teachers and this motivation and enthusiasm was transferred to the students, who in turn transferred it to their parents and families. Therefore, more research should be done to invent marriage in an organization because marriage and vitality are joyful and are transferred to the whole society.
