One of the most basic tasks of the education system is to improve work culture and enrich the cultural capital of students. Work culture is related to social roots, which are considered as determinants in social life, lifestyle and professional and specialized achievements. In this context and to find this importance, research was conducted on a group of students who registered for the university entrance exam. Initially, the desired work culture was hypothesized as a latent variable to a lesser degree. But the final analysis showed that the educational improvement and the use of extracurricular education on the students has caused the students to improve their knowledge and increase their desire to continue studying in the university, that this increase in education and academic success is an improved cultural capital that the conditions It has increased the achievement of students. When the work culture is institutionalized, work is considered as a value and all people of the society at different levels consider working as the path of balanced development of the society and help the economic development by working properly.
