بررسی رابطه بین آموزش‌های ضمن خدمت و بهره وری دبیران زبان انگلیسی نیروهوایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین آموزشهای ضمن خدمت و بهره وری دبیران زبان انگلیسی نیروی هوایی ارتش ( نهاجا ) است. جامعه ی آماری آن عبارت است از تمام دبیران شاغل در مرکز آموزش زبان نهاجا به تعداد 188 نفر. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 127 نفر برآورد شد که با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها عبارت است از پرسشنامه  آموزش های ضمن خدمت با ضریب پایایی 916/ و پرسشنامه  بهره وری منابع انسانی نصیری پور و همکاران (1389) با ضریب پایایی 74/0 .برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون در استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد همبستگی آموزش های ضمن خدمت با بهره وری 845/0 است که نشان می دهد آموزش های ضمن خدمت می تواند به طور کلی بهره وری را افزایش دهد. همچنین محاسبه ی همبستگی تک تک مولفه های بهره وری با آموزش های ضمن خدمت نشان داد دو مولفه ی توانمندسازی و شیوه ی رهبری هرچند با آموزش های ضمن خدمت رابطه مثبت داشتند اما به دلیل ضریب همبستگی پایین به خوبی توسط آموزش های ضمن خدمت پیش بینی نشدند

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between in-service training and the productivity of English teachers of the Air Force (Nahaja). Its statistical population consists of all the teachers working in the Nahaja language training center, numbering 188 people. The sample size was estimated using Cochran's formula of 127 people who were selected by simple random sampling method. The data collection tool is the in-service training questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 916 and the human resources productivity questionnaire of Nasiripour et al. . The results showed that the correlation of in-service training with productivity is 0.845, which shows that in-service training can generally increase productivity.Also, the calculation of the correlation of individual productivity components with in-service training showed that the two components of empowerment and leadership style, although they had a positive relationship with in-service training, but due to the low correlation coefficient, they were not well predicted by in-service training
